Summary:
Telecom Research Associate is responsible for taking raw data from clients and working directly with incumbent vendors to obtain a detailed picture of the provider landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Build baseline spend reports
- Quantify inventory
- Collect and record service level information
- Collect and record contract information
- Identify dead/disconnected circuits, both voice and data, at locations
- Source invoices for initial validations

- Excellent communication skills (english) – verbal, written, and public speaking
- Superior organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Customer service experience (any capacity is relevant)
- Sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
