Our client has a unique and exciting entry-level opportunity for a Technician in Kelowna who is passionate about technology and proficient in providing quality service that help operations teams and customers.

HIPO recruiting is looking for a White Glove Technician for their client who assists in the setup and offers training to the customers so they can make the most of their new business solution. The White Glove technician reviews a checklist with the customers and ensure the work is completed to customer’s satisfaction. They will be responsible for installation of Business Connect remotely and on site. This position requires you to travel up to three days in a row with all the food and accommodation covered by the company.

They are looking for a bright, collaborative, and highly motivated individuals who can provide exceptional demos, tech support and installation services to create positive and measurable outcomes for their customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Partner with their sales team to provide quality demos to potential customers

· Patiently assist clients with installing their services remotely over the phone or through a video call

· Drive to sites to install business connect in person

· Trouble shoot any issues the client may have

· Walk the customer through the value Business Connect can add to their business

· Explain how product works and address any concerns they may have

· Each demo will be unique and tailored to each individual customer and are completed over video calls

· Follow up to ensure the products are working, and customers are happy with their service.

· Answer any questions the customer may have regarding product

A White Glove technician must be:

· Tech Savvy: Passionate about teaching new technology

· Customer Service Oriented: Building relationship with clients and strong ability to troubleshoot issues

· Possess Communication Skills: Excellent communications and follow up skills

· Sales Oriented: Prior sales experience will be an asset

· Team Player: A collaborative and strong team player with the ability to train and coach others as well

Non-Negotiables

· 18 years or older

· Able to pass a Canadian Criminal Background check with the verdict of clear

· A car and a valid driver’s license

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Prior telecommunications experience will be an asset
