Our client is looking to onboard an additional telecom analysts for a 100% remote project. On a day to day basis the selected candidate will be responsible for cleaning up “bad data” in the system and making sure to correct all incorrect billing codes. With our client consistently growing and acquiring other companies, their data is merged with our client’s data. This creates a problem when other companies’ data is using generic billing codes. With over 600 circuits that have generic billing codes attached, customers are getting billed, however our client is missing out on money by not collecting the taxes on customers, especially those who are out of state. The expectation is to complete the list of circuits or customer jobs and use already existing codes that are listed on a spreadsheet to ensure that customers’ billing codes are correct so that the taxes can be collected.
