As a Telecom Contract Administrator, you will be a member of a highly effective team whose primary focus is ensuring the best telecom services and pricing for the company. All responsibilities are taught as part of on-the-job training including how to effectively communicate with business representatives and vendors.
In this role, you will evaluate agreements and invoices for accuracy and will ensure timely processing of contract orders, cancellations, and renewals while seeking the best pricing and terms for the company. Additional job duties may include producing reports for management showing various expenditures as well as clerical duties.
Requirements:
- Assertive and comfortable working with vendors
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone
- Good typing/data entry skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, preferred
- Good team worker and interpersonal communicator
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
