Telecom Coordinator

The Telecom Coordinator is responsible for placing, updating, tracking, and communicating all telecom service orders for Claire’s corporate and retail locations. You will work in collaboration with our Telecom Expense Management (TEM) provider to ensure the successful delivery of services to locations and users.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various groups to compile telecom service orders

Provide a high level of customer service to all staff and departments

Create tickets for all Move, Add, Change, Delete (MACD) Telecom orders

Track, update and communicate all changes to MACD orders to the necessary parties

Develop project schedules, plans, and processes

Manage schedule changes related to construction

Facilitate the ordering of mobile phones for field and corporate users

Coordinate mobile hardware break/fix with users

Track inventory of mobility services and orders

Communicate install dates and orders to the necessary parties for access to facilities

Collaborate with the network team on service installations and service impacting issues

Investigate billing related issues and solve disputes

Create and distribute reports to various groups

Participate in the analysis of service-related trending and develop plans to address systemic or carrier-related issues
