Description:

Telecom Analyst (I) :

• Telecom Voice Knowledge (general telephone technologies)

• Telecom Technology Knowledge (Basic)

• Telecom Client Facing Consultant (Internal Customers)

• Telecom Order Taking and Provisioning for internal customers (new lines and toll free services.)

  • Voice Circuits

  • General Services (Telephone accounts and placement of devices.)

• Telecom Voice/VoIP Level 2 Support

• Telecom Project Coordinator (small/medium projects)

Experience of Invoice Recharge processes.

Experience of inventory Management processes

User telephony account management

Basic Qualifications:

• High School or GED

• General Telecom Experience (heavier Voice knowledge)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors
