TITLE OF RESEARCH: Design, generation and analysis of advanced gear transmissions with high reliability, improved efficiency and low noise and vibration levels.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: Telecommunications engineering, computer engineering, degree in the field of telematics engineering, computer engineering.

In the event of not possessing the required Spanish, or homologation to Spanish, academic qualifications, may be admitted candidates with training and experience in accordance with the tasks to be carried out and the merits to be assessed:

– Training courses and/or subjects of official university degrees related to object-oriented programming and the development of simulation software.

– Professional experience in object-oriented programming and simulation software development.

Selection process

MERITS TO BE ASSESSED AND CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION:

ACADEMIC TRAINING relevant to the profile: other academic qualifications will be valued:

1.- Holding a qualification equivalent to that required as a higher graduate (group I): 10 points.

2.- Holding a specialist technician qualification (group III) with a computer profile: 10 points.

3.- Academic record in the qualification required for access to the post: linear weighting of the average mark from 0 points (average mark of 5 out of 10) to 20 points (average mark of 10 out of 10).

SPECIFIC TRAINING related to the profile of the post:

1.- For level of English (up to 5 points):

a) A2 or equivalent: 1 point.

b) B1 or equivalent: 2 points.

c) B2 or equivalent: 3 points.

d) C1 or equivalent: 4 points.

e) C2 or equivalent: 5 points.

2.- Complementary training related to the profile of the post will be valued: up to 10 points

a) 1 point/100 hours of training related to the profile of the post.

b) 0.5 points /100 hours of training related to the profile of the post.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE relevant to the profile of the post:

1.- For accrediting experience in C++ programming (up to 50 points):

a) 10 points per year worked performing programming tasks in C++ applied to mechanical engineering.

b) 4 points per year worked if the experience in C++ is in another field of engineering.

(c) 2 points per year worked if the C++ experience is not in the field of engineering.

d) 0 points if the experience in C++ programming is not accredited.

2.-For accrediting experience in programming in other object-oriented programming languages (up to 25 points). The scale here is similar to that of point 4 with the following distribution of points in sections a), b), c) and d): 5, 2, 1, 0.

The Commission reserves the right to invite candidates to a personal interview (which may be held online) in order to assess the merits put forward in the call for applications and their suitability for the profile of the competition.
