What You Will Be Doing

  • Follow our proven sales system in the field to make sales so you can teach it to others
  • Lead by example, with a positive frame of mind, and ethics
  • Track your agents’ activity and ensure they are working their territory to the max
  • Be able to identify coaching opportunities and act on them
  • Be data obsessed and always looking for ways to level up the team
  • Lead sales meetings and training sessions
  • Practice excellent time management to make sure your team gets the opportunity to have the biggest impact and commission check possible

What’s Required

  • Proven experience in sales excellence – Preferably D2D
  • Sales management experience is nice but if you’re ready to step into leadership and commit to it, apply.
  • Drivers License
  • Clean Criminal Record
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday 12pm – 8pm
  • Rock solid ethics
  • Self starter with excellent time management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,000.00 – $154,895.82 per year
