Telecom Phone Technician

We are currently seeking a Telecom Technician for a 3-month assignment in the Dumas, Arkansas area! The candidate will be responsible for:

• Building a comprehensive map of all the existing/needed phone equipment.
• Documenting and notating how all calls need to be routed.
• Log Assets in a spreadsheet and build a map of assets.
• Identify the needs of the business units.
• Reorganizing closets.
• Punch down circuits.
• Tone and Tag, trace down circuits to make sure they have good wiring in the closets for devices.
• Get rid of assets that don’t need to be in the closets or asset storage areas.

The candidate needs to be eligible to work a flexible schedule, with up to 10% travel. Work hours vary from 6am-6pm.

All candidates need to be eligible to pass a drug screen and background check, and be FULLY VACCINATED.
