TELECOM SERVCES OPERATION ASSOCIATE (full-time position):
Kambrian is a high-growth IT and Telcom value-added reseller (VAR) providing IT / Telecom services. We are looking for an experienced full-time operations team member who is responsive, enthusiastic, and flexible to help grow our low-voltage (cabling) and electrical Field Services business. New hire will learn significantly about operations, project management and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Technician dispatching and operations: dispatch field technicians per customer request based on location, availability, and urgency. Goal is to help grow our business by delivering quality services and increasing # of jobs and customers,
· Be responsive and responsible to customer’s dispatch requests via email or calls to increase customer satisfaction and retention
· Prioritize requests based on urgency and respond quickly to urgent requests
· Train new technicians and update training docs for technicians
· Schedule jobs and plan routes for technicians per customer job request to ensure availability
· Ensure technicians’ performance following work-flow procedures like sending in closeout forms
· Ensure accurate record-keeping, eg technicians’ hours, pay rate, and material used
· Create invoices and reconcile invoices with customers and technicians
· Identify and escalate issues timely to management if needed to resolve issues
· Manage projects and rollout implementations
· Order, track and manage material for projects
Skills and Experience requirements:
· College graduate
· Must be organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
· Be good with number and computer efficiency
· Must be diligent in finishing tasks and resolving issues timely
· Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
· Ability to identify customer issues for escalations if needed
· Ability to handle a high volume of emails and calls with customers and technicians
· Ability to build good relationship with field technicians and customers
· At least 2-4 years of work experience with dispatching preferred
· Positive attitude to work on new tasks in fast-paced; covering for other teammates as needed
· IT or construction industry experience preferred
· Willing to work East Coast hours preferred to service East Coast customer preferred (6AM-3PM PST) or weeknight or weekends if needed
