Hexatronic US is searching for a remote Telecom Strategic Account Manager. This role’s key focus is to manage existing customers while maximizing revenue and expanding product portfolio offerings. Telecom experience a MUST! Must live in Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC or Denver, CO.

Essential Functions:

  • Actively track and report rolling three month and annual forecast as well as material mix and coordinate supply needs for projects directly with inside sales and supply chain management.
  • Develop customer intimacy by securing trust and productive relationships with all key decision makers of each strategic account to solidify our commercial success for the long term.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer current and future needs and requirements and communication these in a structured way to internal management.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams and represent Hexatronic as the prime contact on contracts and projects.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Submit regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Conduct quarterly business review meetings with each region within the strategic accounts.
  • Work together with Head of Sales to agree and sign off on sales budget account.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proven experience ins Solution sales within Telecom industry.
  • Experience with strategic selling process and providing solutions based on customer needs.

Desired Skills and Additional Requirements:

  • Microsoft Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent Communication Skills (email, verbal, group)
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Must be able to work independently and with little direct supervision.
  • Customer focused – service minded individual with positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel within territory, nationally and internationally for customer and internal meetings and other events such as trade shows – at least 30% of time.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
