Responsibilities:
- Resolve telephony service problems and create sustainable relationships with customers.
- Complete documentation and time tracking within ticketing system.
- Work together with other team members to resolve complex issues.
- Assist with telecom installation configurations remotely as time allows.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent education (Associate’s or bachelor’s degree).
- Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of VoIP phone environments.
- Must have a strong dedication to customer service.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
