Job Title: Call Recording specialist

Responsibilities:

· The Customer Center Systems Administrator is responsible for the overall support and administration of all tools, systems and applications used in Client customer service and other functional areas.

· The administrator will manage, configure, develop, support and improve how these tools are utilized, integrated and deployed across the customer center and the broader Client business architecture.

· Systems include NICE inContact, Tableau Server, SAP ECC/BW, Talend Data Fabric, Snowflake.

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 5+ years of system administrative experience
  • NICE inContact experience or any other SaaS customer service solutions vendors is a plus
  • System Admin Certification is a plus
  • Networking knowledge and experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
