We are seeking an individual who possesses the skill, attitude, and passion for team building and customer service to fulfill a role as a Field Supervisor.
As a Field Supervisor, the support and coaching of your team will be a key role in the success of this position. Continuous process improvements along with team motivation and skill building.
Other responsibilities and qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication installations
- Supervise and manage field team to achieve key objectives and meet service and schedule demands while executing daily workload
- Review and implement health and safety practices with team members
- Participate in quality inspections to maintain the highest level of service
- Coach and train technicians as necessary to maintain service levels and customer expectations
- Communicate with customer and Manager to discuss implementation plans and schedules
- Ensure accuracy of timelines
- Work closely with customers and/or client management to manage customer expectations.
- Adaptation to both individual deliverables and team responsibilities
- Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
