Vision Telecommunications has two job openings for a Telecommunications Lineman that has 2 -3 years experience in building and maintaining coax and fiber optics for a cable TV system. The following is a basic list of necessary requirements that the applicant should posses.
Responsibilities:
- Operate construction equipment / utilize standard telecommunications tools
- Operate hydraulic aerial lifts
- Read and understand CATV prints
- Operate chain hoists
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in an outside plant/construction environment
- Ability to work varied schedule (on call, evening and weekends as needed)
- Ability to climb poles, ladders, and use bucket trucks as needed.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
