Peraton is seeking a Telecommunications Operations Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals on the

DOJ EOUSA USAVoice program. This is a hybrid position located in Washington, DC.

The United States Attorneys organization is comprised of ninety-four (94) Districts with Headquarters and Branch offices in over two-hundred fifty (250) geographically dispersed sites throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Guam, the Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) is responsible for providing administrative, technical, and legal support to all United States Attorneys’ offices (USAOs). EOUSA’s Information Technology (IT) Staffs provide technology solutions to support USAO employees in performing their demanding operational responsibilities. Among the staffs that comprise the EOUSA IT organization is the Enterprise VoIP (EVoIP) Staff, responsible for voice and unified communications services.

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:
Telecom Analysis and Operations Services Manage U.S. Attorney Office site moves, relocations and telecommunication contract recompetes Oversee Enterprise Test & Turn-Ups from PRI circuits to SIP service, including hot cuts Track multiple processes of VoIP installation for PRI circuits and POTS services Responsible for ordering, installing, testing, porting, billing, troubleshooting & escalating issues with vendors Manage PRI port dates by completing telecom vendor (GSA, Verizon, AT&T, Lumen Technologies, Windstream, Frontier and Cox Communications) service order requirements on schedule to meet project deadlines

Telecom Billing / Market Research Knowledge of telecommunications service ordering; contractual processes for new and existing procurements; billing; and installation processes and procedures; and vendor engagement processes for troubleshooting. Perform annual bill reviews and market research to capture cost savings Audit invoices to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies within the SLA

Manage Special Projects Prioritize and manage multiple enterprise projects in varying stages simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines Perform risk management to minimize project risks, while ensuring resource availability and allocation Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals Create and manage logistics and deployment schedules, ensuring on-time delivery within budget Prepare operations documentation, including metrics reporting and actionable summary reports Develop detailed project plans to measure and track progress using MS Office and other software tools Plan and coordinate service order tasks that adhere to vendor specifications and lead time to meet port dates Train users on System Changes

Basic Qualifications:
BS degree and 5-7 years experience or MS degree and 3-5 years experience or high school diploma/equivalent and minimum 9 years experience

Must have the ability to understand and analyze telecommunications terminology, records and accounts.

Must have experience managing logistics and deployment schedules, ensuring on-time delivery within budget

U.S. Citizenship required; DOJ EOD security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
EVOIP telecommunications analysis experience

Colorado Salary Maximum: $160,100

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton’s total compensation package for employees.
