Telecommunications Project Manager

The successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

The Telecommunications Project Manager will oversee complex outside plant projects.

• Ensures work is done according to executed contract/scope of work.
• Purchases and coordinates inventory
• Assists with resource planning
• Weekly calls with stakeholders
• Daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
• Management of budget
• Coordination with other groups, both internal and external
• Monitors progress of contractors and internal groups
• Communicates project objectives, status and outcomes to company executives
• Negotiates timelines and verifies adherence to timeline

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license
• 3-5 years engineering or project management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Field, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• PMP Certification, strongly preferred

Preference will be given to those with the following:

• Experience in Road Design, Utility Coordination, Surveying
• Experience with telecommunications and/or related utilities

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Kamas, UT 84036: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Project Management: 3 years (Required)
• Telecommunication: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
