2+ years of experience with complex voice implementation and deployments
2+ years of experience with voice network provisioning and remote trunk gateway provisioning
Experience working in the telecommunications or cable industry
Solid knowledge of PRI/ISDN and SIP activation steps, routing protocols, network hardware and software, security technologies and network infrastructure is highly preferred
An employer is looking to add a Telecom Analyst to their team in St. Louis, MO. This person will be responsible for planning and implementing enterprise voice services and software. They will perform assessment on existing technologies and CRM systems to determine and inventory of client services, device configurations, and parameters. They will establish connectivity and access parameters, as well as program routers and switches. They will manager network services from planning phase through implementation and implement communications technologies (data and voice).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
