Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented professional to assist its Telecom Team in our North Hills-area office.

Responsibilities:
- Implements, troubleshoots and supports WFOWFMQAQM applications (Verint, Calabrio, CSI) in a wide array of configurations and customer environment
- Supports the quality functions of an enterprise workforce management system
- Identifies underlying causes of a problem, including problem identification and classification
Qualifications for the position include:
- Team player with excellent communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses an ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliver on commitments; must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant call center work experience, preferably as Workforce Analyst or Queue Manager.
- Understanding of call center telecommunications, including quality monitoring.
- Strong background of workforce management related tools (Verint) strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent in experience/training required.
