Position: Test Manager (Electronics)

Do you have experience in telecommunications, electronics, or manufacturing? Are you familiar with ISO 17025? If so, then this is the job for you! Our client, a leading technology company in Downtown Montreal, is looking for an experienced Test Manager (Electronics)!
Your Responsibilities:
– Efficiently plan and manage the assembly and test activities
– Hire and train new technicians
– Create and implement new automated tests and calibration flows
– Participate in inventory management
– Handle quality control and reporting…and much more!
Qualifications:
– Engineering degree (asset)
– At least 5+ years of experience managing telecommunications (or similar)
– Bilingualism (English/French)
– Ability to manage a team
– Experience with ERP systems and creating assembly and test lines
– Ability to multi-task
