As A Tower Climber you would be expected to have the ability to climb daily performing maintenance and installation of RF components and structures.

Tower Foreman

As a Tower Foreman you will be leading a team completing various projects, which may include: raw lands, new site builds, site mods or on a roof top. You should have the knowledge and certifications to utilize tools, technology, and other resources to install mounts, grounding, associative RF components, cad welding, and/or inspecting structures in which you will be expected to ensure all safety precautions set forth by Federal, State, & Performance Communications’ regulations at all elevations. Daily activities will include the installation, repair, and modify a variety of wireless equipment and components. Position is directly supervised by Project Manager.
