Job Responsibilities – Primary

**

· Install mount(s), antennas, cabling, radio units and associated parts. This requires traveling to and ascending the structures, rigging, and use of manlift, power and hand tools to complete installation;

· Install jumpers and all cabling to include fiber, DC and grounding;

· Organize and prepare materials and tools necessary to complete project;

Job Responsibilities – Secondary

· Complete report(s) detailing the installation, and summarizing completed work;

· Communicate schedule to project manager and ensure applicable procedures, specifications and quality and safety standards are being implemented.

Job Qualifications

· Ability to use hand and power tools.

· Ability to climb and work at heights, work in various environmental settings and be in good physical condition with the ability to bend, crawl, squat and lift 75 lbs, in addition to body weight, gear and tools.

· Ability to read, comprehend and execute installation drawings.

· Strong ability to manage time / scheduling.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

· An ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

· An ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a sometimes stressful environment.

· An ability to assist with the management of the scheduling, quality and completion of projects.

· Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and attention to detail are a must.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
