Responsibilities:

• This role will include 6 week rotations in New England/MA market
• Supervision and performance of various construction tasks in the areas of tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing and troubleshooting.
• Plan daily activities, lead experienced technicians and train new technicians, while maintaining safe productive construction cell sites and ensuring safety policies are being followed
• The majority of all tower work is locally based and primarily requires in market travel only (with few exceptions).

Requirements:

• Must be local to Raynham, MA,* OR* open to relocation, OR open to 6 week rotations
• Minimum of 3 years of cell tower construction experience and 1 year leading a tower crew
• Basic computer skills required for equipment programing and site closeouts
• Physically able to lift to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Able to climb to and work at heights exceeding 300 vertical feet per day
• Valid driver’s license and be willing to to travel up to 100 miles per day

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
