UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS – HOSTED VOICE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a background in telecommunications with a Telecom Company, a Telecom Carrier or a private corporation where day-to-day work involved varieties of technical aspects with telecom networks, managed voice systems (i.e PBX) or Hosted Voice Systems (cloud based systems) and Unified Communications (VoIP, UC).

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for administering all major aspects of planning, designing, and implementing our client’s Hosted Voice implementations per contract terms including:

  • Coordinate call-flow implementation activities for customers turning up on our client’s Hosted Voice platform.
  • Quickly assess and comprehend the existing telephony infrastructure to make ready individual call-flow designs received within the group for perspective customers.
  • Upon assignment to the Design Team, review Hosted Voice Design orders for completeness and engage prior process teams for any incomplete or missing steps. Prepare each order for Hosted Voice Design Engineer work by collecting necessary documents under a single working folder. If any issues are identified, the candidate must learn and understand the process for rejecting the order and transferring back to the originating group.
  • Upload documentation into the automation tool to build a shell account within the Hosted Voice platform.
  • Use internal systems (i.e. – Salesforce, Remedy and email) to manage the order as necessary and according to client’s structured processes.
  • Receive and decipher call-flow documentation, then construct the entire call-flow within Hosted Voice platform.
  • Support Field Operation on day of install to configure router and activate numbers in the Hosted Voice platform, then make any necessary changes to the call-flow during the turn-up process.

Work Remotely

  • Alternate weekly between home and office in most cases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,500.00 – $78,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
