Verizon Project Manager

AscendTek, a telecommunications company, is seeking an experienced Verizon Project Manager in the Pac-Northwest market.

Offices in Kent, WA. Must live local.

Qualifications:

• Previous telecom construction leadership experience is required.
• MUST have Ericsson OEM & Verizon experience
• Must have experience in telecom and wireless construction.
• Experience in contract management, change orders, and unit price schedules.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings/blueprints.
• Must have computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills for preparing and presenting plans, reports and projects.
• Valid Driver License.
• Daily commute to Kent, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project development at both current and future tower sites, including the oversight of installation technicians and contractors, as well as purchasing, permitting, utility set up, and building installations.
• Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of Verizon projects. Reports on project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate job status with the customer, be responsive to requests.
• Ensures that projects are implemented according to approved internal and customer-driven guidelines, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews.
• Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks.
• Work closely with other employees, tower owners, subcontractors, electric utilities, telecom providers, and FCC coordinators to ensure timely completion of projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
