To strengthen our IT Team in
Cologne and Munich, we are looking for a
working student (m/f/d) IT Support for at least 15 hours a week (fixed primary working day is Friday, all other days flexible according to agreement). As a future member of the internal IT service team, you will be responsible for the technical support of our employees at several German and European locations.

Shape the world of tomorrow

• You work with the latest Microsoft-based client and backend technologies as well as Apple products
• You are the contact person for our employees for all IT-related topics
• You find solutions for software and hardware problems as well as telecommunications and video conferencing technology
• You document malfunctions in a trouble ticket system
• You install and configure hardware and software components
• You take on logistical and administrative activities in the IT environment (goods receipt, inventory, IT administration, life cycle management, etc.)

You can help us make a difference

• You are currently studying, preferably in the IT field
• You have sound knowledge of client hardware and software
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
• You are service and customer-oriented
• You have high quality standards, commitment and like to work independently
• You are flexible, resilient and reliable
