Work from home – Inside Sales Representative – Inbound calls

Overview:

As a sales representative, you will assist Canada’s largest telecommunication company clients by answering their questions and promoting various communication products and services (Internet, mobile products, and IP television). Also, we will provide you with all the computer equipment you need to start your career from the comfort of your own home!

What your day will look like

As an inbound sales service representative, you will:

• Answer incoming calls from customers related to various television, Internet, and mobile products and services;
• Respond to customer requests related to their products and services;
• Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent sales skills – We are looking for people who are highly motivated to achieve results and who know the ins and outs of the sales environment!
• Strong interest in technologies – Whether it’s to promote residential or mobile solutions to the clients, you’re truly passionate about it, and it shows!
• Ability to communicate verbally and to synthesize information efficiently;
• High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;
• Ability to work in a computerized environment and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Be available to work in the following time slots (5 days a week up to 40 hours a week):

• Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and midnight.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or in a call center, a great asset!
• Meet the work at home requirements* (*some eligibility criteria will be validated in the process, including sufficient internet capacity and an isolated and secure work environment).

Qualifications:

• Hourly compensation of $20 /hour*, including a guaranteed bonus– Based on your performance, you could earn more thanks to our generous incentive plans!
• After seven months, you will get a base wage of $16.44/hour and significant monthly bonuses based on your performance (the average total compensation of our agents 6 months after training is $22.50);
• Hourly premium for weekend work;
• The opportunity to work from home with all the necessary computer equipment provided by Nordia;
