We are looking for a telephone technician for a company located in Quebec.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Good knowledge of telephony systems in general;
- Good knowledge of configurations for Session Border Controller, Registrar, Proxy, and PBX;
- Knowledge of WAN, LAN, VLAN, and WIFI network infrastructures;
- Knowledge of computer equipment such as router, switch, firewall, and wireless access points;
- Provide a telephone support service for customers (remote support and travel to customers);
- Take part in the integration, installation, and configuration of networks, equipment, and computer, and telephone applications;
- Understand and translate customer needs in terms of telephony;
- Be able to follow up as well as mediate between the different teams involved in the projects;
- Write and maintain guides and relevant documentation;
YOUR PROFILE
- Diploma in computer science or telecommunications or equivalent training;
- 2-3 years of experience in the field of telecommunications;
- Bilingualism, English and French;
- Possess a valid driver’s license in Quebec.
- Hold Panasonic, Avaya IP Office, or Yeastar certifications (Asset)
- Having a networking certification would be (an asset);
