We are looking for a telephone technician for a company located in Quebec.


YOUR MISSIONS

  • Good knowledge of telephony systems in general;
  • Good knowledge of configurations for Session Border Controller, Registrar, Proxy, and PBX;
  • Knowledge of WAN, LAN, VLAN, and WIFI network infrastructures;
  • Knowledge of computer equipment such as router, switch, firewall, and wireless access points;
  • Provide a telephone support service for customers (remote support and travel to customers);
  • Take part in the integration, installation, and configuration of networks, equipment, and computer, and telephone applications;
  • Understand and translate customer needs in terms of telephony;
  • Be able to follow up as well as mediate between the different teams involved in the projects;
  • Write and maintain guides and relevant documentation;


YOUR PROFILE

  • Diploma in computer science or telecommunications or equivalent training;
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field of telecommunications;
  • Bilingualism, English and French;
  • Possess a valid driver’s license in Quebec.
  • Hold Panasonic, Avaya IP Office, or Yeastar certifications (Asset)
  • Having a networking certification would be (an asset);
