We are an International Consulting firm that works with high-tech manufacturers and partners around the world. Our focus is regulatory compliance in telecom and product safety, specifically in the Latin American region.
We hire from varied backgrounds and are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, and highly organized team member with positive energy and a “get it done” mindset to join our Processing department.
The position will begin with supporting our Sr. Processors on-site in our corporate office. A hybrid (home/office) working arrangement may be available upon successful completion of the training period and a proven ability to effectively manage workflow.
Spanish language fluency (written and verbal) is mandatory. Must be comfortable communicating via email, Skype, and phone with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage a pipeline of multiple projects with a high-level of multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Act as a liaison between clients and regulatory agencies, demonstrating effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Prioritize, balance, and communicate competing priorities
- Create clarity from ambiguity and break down complex technical issues into manageable deliverables
- Identify and manage project risks and blockers and accurately track and report on project status
- Apply creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking to handle logistical and time-sensitive business issues
- Maintain and update an internal knowledge base of information.
- Develop a strong understanding of the industry and have desire to seek out new information
- Contribute insightful perspectives and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Spanish language skills – both written and verbal fluency
- Excellent computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT).
- Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for multi-tasking and a high attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter; flexible and adaptable to change
- Experience with Salesforce or other sales-oriented CRM systems is desired.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in technology and basic understanding of common wireless technologies is helpful
- Experience working with diverse, global contacts. Demonstrate multicultural awareness
- Portuguese language skills a plus
- Vendor management and negotiations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
