Location: Tulsa, OK 74117 – hybrid
Position: Telecom Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20-26/hr. on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Shift: 4PM to 12AM EST
Position Summary:
This role requires customer facing and internal management, as well require service review of maintenance and repair activities related to customer circuits. Job will require on call and shift schedules as needed, as well as close interaction with customers. In addition, ideal candidate should have technical qualifications and customer service experience and skill sets.
Responsibilities:
- Cross Functional Center and operations interaction
- Customer advocate and sales partner for VPS
- Streamline process and simplify the customer experience
- Provide RFO / RCA / postmortems for long duration outages
- Provide escalation support for priority and out of process issues
- Provide metrics analysis and customer service reviews
- Proactive ticket engagement on long duration outages
- Training and analysis to increase customer portal utilization
- Engagement on initiatives to drive best practices
- Network transformation engagement
- Strong working knowledge of the client’s data/voice platform and products
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Track and analyze results to evaluate effectiveness and develop initiatives to drive service improvement
- Ability to work effectively and escalate with all levels of management
- Communicate a negative message in a professional manner
- Proficient with the client’s maintenance ticketing and reporting tools
Requirements:
- Candidate must have background with telecom-based networks, networking equipment & service providers
