This position requires a person who can demonstrate strong knowledge of Fiber Optic and PON network structures and who has a passion for automation/cloud solutions.
Your Your Responsibilities
You develop business relationships and acquire new business opportunities within an expanding Fiber Optic market in Germany
You implement the sales strategy for our fiber system business and focus on local service providers and major contractors as well as official enterprises, city carrier and governmental tenders
You understand the customer’s business pains. Define and orchestrate the sales tactics in close relationship with the presales team and the partner ecosystem
You work closely with the account teams, partners and customers to drive the strategy and delivery of new solutions, products and services
You use the internal tools and provide accurate and timely sales
You anticipate any change in the market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target
You have the ability to develop strong relationship with customers at both engineering and senior management level
Your Profile
You have deep knowledge and experiences in Fiber Optics
You have an affinity for IT topics
You score with strong communication skills in German and English
You completed a bachelor degree in Electrical / Telecom Engineering / Information Technology or apprenticeship in equivalent area and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
You have excellent computer skills (MS Office and Dynamics)
You are able to multitask, prioritize and to be effective in high-pressure environments
You have excellent interpersonal and team player skills
