As a Digital Quality Control Specialist at Logicearth, you will be a highly motivated individual with QC Experience and a passion for ensuring the accuracy of both content and functionality in a learning environment.
Logicearth Learning Services is a leading provider of online learning solutions to the Pharmaceutical, Banking, retail and Telecommunication sectors.
Our office is based in Belfast, however we will provide the opportunity to work flexibility between the office and from home.
Responsibilities
- Ensures all digital and creative learning products meet quality standards.
- Assist with testing and validation of digital assets across all relevant devices and browsers.
- Proof and QC review of all digital and creative assets to ensure all copy, images, multimedia, and linking are accurate against approved storyboards.
- Submitting well written and well documented bug reports.
- Tracks issues in coordination with various teams (developers, designers, project managers, medical writers, etc.) until they are closed.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree a plus in English, Journalism, Communications, or related discipline
- 3+ years of relevant proof & QC experience
- Exceptional editing, communication, and organization skills
- Proactive personality and detail oriented
- Understands digital acumen.
- Proficient at using digital devices and can identify technical issues before going to the client.
- Passionate about quality improvement, getting things done right the first time, and delivering high quality results.
- Experience working in the life sciences industry, specifically familiar with medical and scientific terminology
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience using content management systems.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Understanding of mobile responsive web technology
- Instructional training background
- Familiar with Articulate 360
