We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Assistant to join our successful Service Delivery Team. If you have excellent customer service skills, enjoy troubleshooting and have a broad interest and understanding of ICT then this is the role for you.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an ICT Service Desk environment, be able to provide 1st line technical support & advice, be a strong team player and have the ability to work under pressure.
