Position Summary:

The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for the intake, assignment, and follow-up of quote and order requests. This is a client-facing role that will assist in directing external and internal stakeholder requests to the correct resource(s) for timely delivery of quotes, orders, and contracts

Requirements:

· 0-3 years of back-office administration experience.

· 0-3 years of managing multiple requests and priorities.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Excellent customer-facing communication skills.

· Excellent follow-up skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communications.

· Strong Attention to Detail.

· Strong desire to go above and beyond to assist clients for their quoting and order needs.

Responsibility:

· Analyzes incoming requests for telecom and/or healthcare IT solutions needs, asking verification questions, as needed.

· Creates requests in company provided tracking software, ensuring data completeness and tidiness.

· Assigns requests to the correct internal resource as it applies to the request (Quote Analyst/Orders Analyst/Pre-sales Engineering/etc.)

· Timely responsiveness to follow-up requests and questions from clients.

· Assist in other administrative duties within the Sales Support division.

Technical proficiencies:

· Experience with email applications (Outlook).

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Ability to navigate multiple web pages and software.

· Experience with Salesforce, AutoTask, or other CRM/PSA tools helpful, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
