Candidate can work remotely from any locations within the US. This position may require travel to project locations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in Telecom Area
Required Qualifications:
- Care, Support, Online self-service experience
- Digital Product Management Experience in any telecom domain
- Agile Methodology/Scrum Team experience, working with cross functional teams
- Understanding of Social Media Platforms, Campaigns & Listening
- Experience writing Technical Requirements
- Critical Thinking, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Quick learner and ability to communicate effectively to understand the space
- Network builder & Stakeholder management
- Strong communicator/negotiator
- Experience writing Technical Requirements
- Track initiatives from beginning to end and ensure timely deliver and leadership updates
- Understanding of Web Development
Nice to have:
- Third Party Vendor Management experience
- Knowledge of Backend Systems/Architecture of DTV
- Understanding of Web Development
- Ability to Conduct Market Research/Analysis
- UI/UX experience
- Risk/Mitigation Management
- Knowledge in SEO
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
