Position Summary:

• Responsible for providing customer service to all ADM users including cabling, phones, server farm installations, equipment room design, wireless LAN deployment, troubleshooting, and monitoring of ServiceNow Ticket system.
• Manage and coordinate daily tasks and projects for ADM’s Global LAN/WAN cabling and network printing infrastructure in support of the core business function.
• This role will work with a team of installations staff and contractors responsible for all aspects of campus, area, and fiber backbone cabling.
• This person must be a highly organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, global environment; and have proven measurable experience with all aspects of a major cabling infrastructure deployment with a strong skill set in project management.
